Terms and Conditions

Dressnative is operated as an LLC with a board of decision makers finalizing all calls. These calls cover categories pertaining  to common liability related issues, fraudulent activity, copyright adjustments, financial decisions, and the instatement of rules pertaining to keeping this site orderly and free of any hateful behavior or tasteless scrutiny. The Board deserves the right to make final decisions on:

• Deleting and disabling any user or account in the event of suspicious activity detected by our system to refrain the user from making any future purchases. 
• Canceling any orders and transactions placed before they are shipped in cases of suspected fraud.
• Withdrawing and canceling services, and making financial transactions as deemed just. 
• Managing customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
• Disabling any user account taking legal action if need in cases dealing with any unlawful user behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
• Disable user accounts for any other matter deemed just by our board. 

In hopes of protecting those who help us thrive, we will not share any of our customers information with any third party sites, users, or institutes. All information our customers input will be used solely to make sure transactions run smoothly and to deliver products our customers select.
