Shipping policy

Processing your order

Please allow 1–3 business days for processing ready-to-ship, in-stock items before carrier transit begins. Business days for shipping are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. A shipping upgrade changes carrier transit speed, not processing time. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.

Preorders, personalized products and made-to-order prints follow the dispatch or production estimate shown on the product page or agreed with you before production. These items may take longer than ready-to-ship stock. If your order contains items with different lead times, contact us to discuss whether they can ship separately.

If an unexpected stock issue or processing delay affects your order, we will contact you with an update and available options, including cancellation and a refund for an item we cannot supply. Contact us if a ready-to-ship order has not received a dispatch update after 3 business days.

Shipping prices and delivery estimates

Free standard U.S. shipping is available on eligible orders of $100 or more after discounts and before tax. The free method must be available for the products and address at checkout. Other shipping charges, available services and any carrier delivery estimates are displayed before you pay. International shipping is not included in this offer.

Delivery time is processing time plus carrier transit time. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates; weather, holidays and carrier or customs delays can affect them. Available paid shipping upgrades are shown at checkout.

Fragrance shipping

Fragrance is available for ground delivery within the contiguous United States only. Fragrance orders cannot use air or international delivery and may limit the shipping methods available for an order that contains other products. Allow an estimated 2–8 business days in transit after dispatch, unless a different estimate is shown at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you need separate shipments.

Destinations and international orders

We ship only to destinations and addresses for which checkout offers an eligible shipping method. International availability varies by product and destination. Customs processing may add time. Any import duties or taxes collected at checkout are shown there; charges not collected at checkout may be payable to the carrier or customs authority. Contact us before purchase if you need help understanding an international shipment.

Tracking and delivery help

For carrier-shipped orders, we send shipping confirmation with tracking when your shipment is processed. A label being created does not mean the carrier has received the parcel; tracking updates after the carrier scans it.

If tracking stops updating, a package is damaged, or a shipment is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us promptly with your order number. Native will help investigate with the carrier and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund for an order that is confirmed lost, damaged or incorrectly supplied. We will not ask you to handle a carrier claim on your own.

Address changes and cancellations

Check your delivery address before paying. Contact us immediately if you need to change it or cancel an order. We can cancel and fully refund an unshipped ready-to-ship order if it has not already been handed to the carrier. Changes may not be possible once a parcel is dispatched. Personalized orders can be canceled for a full refund before production begins; contact us as soon as possible.

Local pickup

If local pickup is offered at checkout, wait for the ready-for-pickup message before visiting. Pickup orders do not have carrier tracking. Our store is at 6588 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA 70072.
